Eligibility Criteria for DCIL Recruitment 2026

Candidates applying for the Trainee Marine Engineer (TME) post must hold a 4-year degree in Marine Engineering from a DG Shipping approved institute. For the Trainee Electrical Officer (TELO) position, candidates require a 4-year degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation engineering, supplemented by a 4-month Electro Technical Officer (ETO) course. NCV Trainees must have passed their 10th standard and completed a DG Shipping-approved Pre-Sea GP Rating course with at least 60% marks. All candidates must possess a valid Indian CDC, Passport, INDOS number, and STCW 2010 certificates.

Age Limit & Relaxation
